The venue
Rolling Sauna is hosted by Tan Alderoch Farm, a beautiful 50-acre campsite and nature reserve just outside Betws-y-Coed in the heart of Snowdonia.
Set beside the River Lledr in a secluded spot away from the campsite, the sauna offers peace, mountain views, and access to a natural cold plunge in the river, perfect for cooling off between sauna rounds.
2 towles ; One for inside the sauna, one for after.
Flipflops/watershoes.
Suiltable sauna attire.. unfortunatly no naked sauna here.
Warm clothes for after.
What to bring
When you arrive
Follow your Maps to Tan Alderoch Farm, drive down the switch back and over the bridge. There will be a gate on your left where i will be waiting.
